The MTD Advanced Management Skills workshop is the natural follow on to the Essential Management Skills course that we run.

You’ve most likely had a number of years experience in the role or have been on foundation level management courses and now you want to take your game to the next level.

This course will really focus in on your communication skills as a leader to get the best out of yourself as well as your team.
