You are a great coach, I am a great marketer (and coach!) – let’s make some money!

The bottom line is, whether you like it or not, is that if you do not work ON your business instead of working IN your business, you will fail as a coach.

You need to have a system of marketing that you complete day in day out, week in week out no matter how many clients you have got.

Even if you are full to the brim and cannot take on anymore clients you still need to market your services.

And I talk from the school of hard knocks here!

When I first started my coaching business I raced to 20 clients very quickly within the first 2 months. “Great” I thought “I’ll take my foot off the gas a little and concentrate solely on the coaching”

What a mistake that was!

Most of the clients had between 2 and 6 month contracts and soon the 20 clients went down to 16 and then down to 9 after just 3 months.

All of a sudden I had half of the clients I originally had just 3 short months ago.
