A Quick Case Study About Competition

My wife Donna and I were shopping down Oxford Street in London one weekend.

One of the items on our shopping list was a new cell phone for Donna so we saw a CarPhone Warehouse sign and made our
way to it.

Then something dawned on my wife...

"Seany, look over there!” She said “There is a Phones 4 U shop directly opposite the CarPhone Warehouse, over the street is a Vodafone shop and just look, next door is a T-Mobile shop - all within 20 metres of one another, how do any of them make any money?"

Donna was right. There were 4 competitors within 20 seconds walk of one another and this got me thinking about your coaching
