Overview
When
you first buy a new video recorder or a self assembly wardrobe,
how do you put it together?
Do
you layout all of the pieces and read the instructions? or do
you just say "Oh, let's just go for it?"
The
way that you determine which method to use is based upon your
preferred learning style and this has many applications in the
workplace not only for you but for your team as well.
The
learning styles workshop is a team orientated course where the
whole of your immediate team would attend and learn the value
of learning styles and what they mean to you as a team. Through
assessments and practical exercises you will soon discover what
your style is and how to use this.
More
importantly you will know what the other members of your teams
styles are and know how to maximize their effectiveness.
