Stage 3 – Where Are We Now: Now come back to the present, and discuss and draw a picture of where you are now. Again a complete and shared understanding is to be aimed for. This might include answers to the following:-

• What are the key activities?
• Who are your key customers?
• What works well?
• What doesn’t?
• What and where are your current successes?
• What would like to do more of?
• What would you like to better?

Stage 4 - Presenting the Now Picture: As a group, present this current situation to the facilitator, giving as full an explanation as possible as to how you see the present.

Make a note of the things you consider important enough to pick-up on after the session.
