Giving feedback

One of the most difficult things to do in communicating is giving feedback.

As a Coach, this is one of the most important skills that you are going to have to master!

The problem with giving feedback is that you must do it in such a way that it helpful so that the person can use it to either make improvements or keep up the good work.

Feedback is essential for learning and continuous improvement and can help to motivate depending on how it is conveyed.

A lot of people find it difficult to give corrective feedback. However, it is possible to learn techniques for effectively offering both praise and correction.

Giving both types of feedback is an integral part of the coaching process that provides your employees with support and direction, and ultimately results in increased participation.
