Sean is constantly looking at different and innovative ways of training design, delivery and linking management effectiveness and behaviours to ROI models.
Mark Williams – Head Of Training
Mark specialises in the design and delivery of management training courses and development programmes. As a management and leadership specialist, Mark is always in great demand and he has managed programmes across the UK, Europe, Japan, China and the Middle East.
Gavin Muge- Senior Trainer & Consultant
Gavin specialises in the design and delivery of management training courses that concentrate on getting the best possible outcomes for managers and their staff. By exploring the full range of essential management skills Gavin gives clear and easy to follow guidance on enhancing the performance of managers and teams.
Phil Hook- Senior Trainer & Consultant

Adam Chapman – Training Coordinator
Adam is repsonsible for organising our open and in-house training courses. Adam is on hand to make sure all the preparation is complete from printing and distributing course materials to liaising and organising with venues, to make sure all of our courses are enjoyable and run smoothly.
Donna Byrne – Admin Manager
Donna is responsible for the administration of all of MTD’s open courses, including handling the course enquiries, course materials and ongoing client relationships.
Louise Denny – Head of Marketing
Louise is responsible for all of the online and offline marketing activity within the company. From branding and campaigns through to social media and PR, Louise finds that no two days are ever the same at MTD.
Jenny Verman – Digital Marketing Manager
Jenny is responsible for the online marketing and digital media activities within the company. Jenny specialises in online video production and works closely with MTD’s Head of Marketing to produce all audio, video and image based marketing artefacts for the business.
